TOPIC: AND THE ENEMIES SUBMITTED- PART 1
TEXT: Exodus 10:7,9,11;Exodus 12:29-32, Psalm 66: 3.
Many enemies abound whose work is to kill, steal and destroy. They attack people in diverse ways and can perform their works through some persons they would have possessed. As long as these persons have the spirit of the devil, they can do the works of the devil. However If one is born again, he/she carries the Spirit of God. Those carrying the spirit of the devil can do anything and as such will pose as enemies to a child of God.
Such possessed persons can cause havoc in the lives of people. Such persons are classified as agents of the devil. 1 John 3:8, John 8: 44, Rev 12:7. In the aforementioned scriptures, we see how a war broke out in heaven and the rebels were eventually sent out of heaven. Now, they go about seeking humans to afflict and those they would use as human agents.
The work of the devil is to oppose God and to oppose the image of God. As the devil cannot fight God, he started fighting man.
The devil was formerly the most beautiful angel in heaven until he became proud and disobedient to God. As a result, God decided to flush Satan out of heaven. Ezekiel 28:14. Since he was cast down, he began to cause trouble on earth.
He has been fighting and losing battles to Angels and true children of God.
I do not know the battles you are going through. However I can assure you that today and tomorrow the enemy will submit before you and they shall submit forever in Jesus name. Amen.
For more insight, we shall consider the following sub-headings:
1: OUR ENEMIES AND THEIR ACTIVITIES EXPLAINED AND WHY THEY MUST SUBMIT.
Everyone should know we have enemies, the devil being the chief enemy alongside his fallen angels and demons are our enemies.
1 Peter 5: 8- The Bible describes him in the aforesaid scriptures as a roaring lion who goes about causing destruction.
Ephesians 6:12, 2 Cor 10:3.
We walk in faith and operate in faith.
However we are not fighting against the flesh, but spirits that are of the devil. Although some persons get possessed but we are not to fight them because it is the devil that uses them as agents to attack others.
The weapons we use to fight the devil and these spirits are not physical armoury.
This is because you cannot even see them with physical eyes. As a result, we need to connect to God who is the Father of all spirits to fight our battles. We connect to him through prayers and fasting. 2 Corinthians 10:6.
When you obey the complete word of God, you will see God deal with your enemies.
1 John 3:8. Nahum 3:4.
Today, I assure you that every work of the devil in your life shall be shattered today and tomorrow.
The devil and his human agents do not wish us any good.
You see you, after today whosoever that tries you, shall be disappointed. 1 John 5:18.
You see you, any man or woman that carries you for evil, shall carry the ark of God and they shall suffer the effect.
Today, any promise of God in the Bible that your eyes can cover, you are going home with it.
Today as God rebukes your enemy, they will surrender everything they have stolen from you. They will surrender your glory, health, promotion, business and success in Jesus name.
As a child of God, make sure you don’t give room for the devil to come in and strike you. Righteousness will shield you from attacks of the enemy.
Psalm 66:3, Collosians 1:16, Revelation 4:11, Isaiah 45:222-23, Matthew 11:28, Luke 14:17, Isaiah 43:10
2: WHEN THE ENEMIES SUBMIT, THE THINGS HE MUST SURRENDER AND OUR RESPONSE.
Whenever the enemy submits, he must surrender all that has been in his possesion. Things like sound health, prosperity, etc. Remember when a nation goes to war against another nation, who ever wins takes over everything that initially belonged to the overthrown nation. In the same way, anything the enemy has taken from you must be recovered in Jesus name!
Psalm 68:30. 1Samuel 30:18, 2Chronicles 20:25.
Today, as you ask the Lord to cause your enemies to submit, they all will submit and hand over your possessions to you.
As we conclude this message today, be reminded that your chief enemy is the devil. You must therefore not give place to the devil.
The proper approach for your enemies to submit is for you to amend your ways and do not return to sin. Sin will hinder you and deny you possessing dominion over your enemies.
For the sinners and Backsliders, they should repent and surrender all to Jesus Christ.
Confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ today as your Lord and personal Saviour.
A Sinner is not a Christian and a Christian is not a Sinner.
1 John 3: 8 & 9;
Are you asking, “what is sin?”
1 John 5: 17a;
All unrighteousness is sin.
Unbelief is sin. Unforgiveness is sin; Selfishness is sin; Covetousness is sin
Lusting after evil things is sin. Insincerity is sin; backbiting, murmuring, speaking evil of others, these are terrible sin. You need to search your life. Confess them. Repent and promise God, no more.
Are you patronising the native doctors or you are one of them? Are you going for divination and palm reading, all that is terrible wickedness. No child of God does that. If you are into stealing, any form of stealing; stealing from Government, stealing from companies and individuals, that is sin. Amend your ways.
If you are there and you are involved into armed robbery, duping people, do not bring such money to this Church.
If you are among those people that are involved in fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, abortion, that is terrible wickedness.
Fighting and quarreling, smoking and drunkenness all these are evil. Ask for the mercy of God.
Are you into fighting and quarreling? Are you disobedient to your husband or you are beating your wife, that is sin.
Are you into any kind of killing, poisoning people, hired assassin, ritual killings?Confess that sin and amend your ways. Promise God you will not return to that wickedness.
Are you into extortion? Taking bribe or giving bribe? That is sin. Amend your ways.
Are you into divorce? That is sin.
Matthew 19: 4-6.
Are you into polygamous marriage or you have sent away your wife or you moved away from your husband, that is sin. Marriage is between a man and a woman until death separates you.
Are you a woman dressing like a man or a man dressing like a woman, all that is sin. It is an abomination. Deuteronomy 22: 5. Abominable people can never enter Heaven. Revelations 21: 8.
Are you among those that take snuff, take cigarette and banned substances, that is sin. That is wickedness against your soul and against humanity.
All these people that bleach their body and turn yellow over night, that is sin.
I have not spoken this word to condemn you but to point out what is evil thereby enabling you to amend your ways.
The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
I have spoken these words, not to condemn you, but to convict you of any sin you may be into and for you to turn away from that sin.
Proverbs 28: 13;
God is willing to show you mercy and he has made provisions for the sins that are passed.
If you want to reconcile with God; come to the Father through Jesus Christ. I am assuring you, freedom from sin shall be your portion.
John 14: 6; John 1: 29; John 10: 10b; Matthew 11: 28; John 1: 12; 2 Corinthians 5: 17
As you give your life to Jesus Christ and begin to live the life of the kingdom of God, I am assuring you that all your enemies will continue to submit in Jesus name.

Rise up and let us pray. Mention that enemy and claim dominion over them.
