TOPIC: GOD’S WONDERS AS OF OLD (PART 2)

Text: Psalm 78:11-16, Psalm 77:11-15, Exodus 11:9

Our Father in Heaven is the wonder working God. From the very beginning, He did a lot of wonders in His act of creation to the point that all He created are proofs of His wonders. Besides, all His creations as characterized in the old testaments are all full of wonders.
He is the wonder working God and the bible testifies to that fact.
Exodus 3:20. Recalling the past wonders of God will pave way for new experiences of wonders. The reason is that God is the same yesterday, today and forever.

We shall consider this message under the following sub headings:

1: THE REASONS, THE WONDERS OF GOD, AND UNCHANGEABLE GOD

Our Father in Heaven is the invisible God. He is the unchangeable God. Whatever He does are acts of wonders and through His wonders, He proves to us that He is truly alive and that He is the living God.

Joshua 3:10, Joshua 3:5.
God reveals himself through his wonders, even though we cannot see God, we see his wonders.
He is the invincible God.

Exodus 3:20 So right from the very beginning, God started revealing Himself to humanity. He started by the acts of wonders. Genesis 1:1, Genesis 1:3. By His acts of wonders, He called everything into existence.

Romans 4:17. Also, bringing the Children of Israel out of Egypt is another great wonder of God. By leading them through the wilderness, leading them through the red sea, dividing the red sea and giving them water from the rock proves that God is mighty. That same God has not changed. God used His servants of old to perform wonders. He used Joshua, Moses, Samson, Elijah and so many more. And in the new testament, He used His son, Jesus Christ, and the apostles to perform great acts of wonders, remarkable wonders that marverlled the people of their days. Matthew 15:30-31, Acts 8:5. And in the present day, God has been using men to perform wonders.
Take your mind to all God has been doing in this church before our eyes and all over the world, you will agree with me that he has not changed. The God of Wonders is still alive.

Malachi 3:6. God who did those wonders in time past has not changed. The God who did wonders in the land of Egypt, through the hand of Moses, he has not changed.
The God who used Joshua and led the children of Israel to the promise land, he has not changed. The God who gave them manna from above, who gave them water from the rock; this God that fought for them and divided the Red Sea, he has not changed.
The God that used Samuel and Samuel prayed for his people in his days and he called upon God to witness with thunder. Even though it was not the season of rain, the Lord God Almighty manifested in thunder ( 1 Samuel 12: 18). This same God, has not changed.
That God that used Elisha and in his days, an axe head fell into the water, and Elisha threw a stick inside the water and the axe head came up and started swimming.
This God has not changed. In this my generation, iron will swim again. That thing that appears to be impossible in your life, God will make it to be possible.

Matthew 12:15,
You see you, God has come to prove his wonders as of old.
Barreness shall be healed; poverty shall be healed; curses shall be healed.
Every problem you have brought here shall be healed. It is wonders as of old.
Hebrews 13:8.
The same Jesus Christ that did it in the Old, he shall do it again today.
You see you,God will use yountonprove his powers and wonders; that they may know that the living God is in our midst. God’s wonders as of old is still available today.

2: OUR EXPECTED RESPONSE, GOD’S INTERVENTION AND THE BENEFITS

We should understand that our God is the wonder working God and Has performed wonders from the old to the new testament even in our midst.
Remember that in this place, the Lord has made the blind to see; those who had no womb, God gave them womb; those that were without children, God gave them children; those that had mental afflictions, God healed them completely.
In this place those that had nothing to show for their labours, God made them multi-millionaires.
You see you here today, this God I am talking about is real and he is alive.
He is the same yesterday, today and forever and His wonders are here as of old.
Psalm 77:11,
Romans 10:17,  2 Corinthians 5:7.
God is bringing this message so that His wonders may be multiplied. As your faith is boosted and you walk by faith, you shall see more of God’s wonders.

Exodus 11:9.
What God cannot do does not exist. He is the Alpha and Omega.
Psalm 78:7. God has revealed this message so that as we reflect on the past, His wonders may be multiplied.
No matter what you are going through, you should know that our God is equal to the task. He has not changed. In that situation you are going through, expect the wonders of God.
We are in the very end of times and a lot is happening all over the world.
I am assuring you that God will silence the noise of the wicked by his wonders as of old.
What God cannot do does not exist. There must be revival.
You see you, the God whom I serve will visit the situation with Wonders as of Old.

This same God that did wonders as of Old, he has not changed.
Let us talk about the doings of our God.
I am assuring you that you will celebrate good things in your life.
If you forget all that God has been doing, you will continue in sin. However I pray that will not be our portion.
Get ready, the unchangeable God will deal with your matters today.
Acts 2: 22
In the above scriptures, Jesus Christ was acknowledged as a man approved of God by miracles, signs and wonders.
In this place today, God who approved  Moses by miracles,  signs and wonders; God who approved Joshua by miracles, signs and wonders; God who approved Samuel, Elijah and Elisha; God who approved the Apostle Peter and the rest of the Apostles; that same God has approved me in your midst. Amen.

I want to let you know that all that has happened in this ministry is unimaginable. All the States and countries we have visited this same God demonstrated signs and wonders. These are the marks of his approval.
I want to let you know that God is the wonder Working God. Today Jesus Christ the personality approved of God by miracles, signs and wonders is here.
As I pray for you today, count it done.

As we conclude this message today, it is important that you amend your ways and do not return to sin. Sin will hinder you and deny you of your blessings.

For the sinners and Backsliders, they should repent and surrender all to Jesus Christ.
Confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ today as your Lord and personal Saviour.
A Sinner is not a Christian and a Christian is not a Sinner.
1 John 3: 8 & 9;
Are you asking, “what is sin?”
1 John 5: 17a;
All unrighteousness is sin.
Unbelief is sin. Selfishness is sin; Covetousness is sin, Insincerity is sin; backbiting, murmuring, speaking evil of others, these are terrible sin.
Are you patronising the native doctors or you are one of them? Are you going for divination and palm reading, all that is terrible wickedness. No child of God does that. If you are into stealing, any form of stealing; stealing from Government, stealing from companies and individuals, that is sin. Amend your ways.
If you are there and you are involved into armed robbery, duping people, do not bring such money to this Church.

If you are among those people that are involved in fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, abortion, that is terrible wickedness.
Fighting and quarreling, smoking and drunkenness all these are evil. Ask for the mercy of God.

Are you into fighting and quarreling? Are you disobedient to your husband or you are beating your wife, that is sin.
Are you into any kind of killing, poisoning people, hired assassin, ritual killings?Confess that sin and amend your ways. Promise God you will not return to that wickedness.
Are you into extortion? Taking bribe or giving bribe? That is sin. Amend your ways.
Are you into divorce? That is sin.
Matthew 19: 4-6.

Are you into polygamous marriage or you have sent away your wife or you moved away from your husband, that is sin. Marriage is between a man and a woman until death separates you.
Are you a woman dressing like a man or a man dressing like a woman, all that is sin. It is an abomination. Deuteronomy 22: 5. Abominable people can never enter Heaven. Revelations 21: 8.
Are you among those that take snuff, take cigarette and banned substances, that is sin. That is wickedness against your soul and against humanity.

All these people that bleach their body and turn yellow over night, that is sin.
I have not spoken this word to condemn you but to point out what is evil thereby enabling you to amend your ways.
The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Proverbs 28: 13;
God is willing to show you mercy and he has made provisions for the sins that are passed.
John 14: 6; John 1: 29; John 10: 10b; Matthew 11: 28; John 1: 12; 2 Corinthians 5: 17
As you give your life to Jesus Christ and begin to live the life of the kingdom of God,  I am assuring you, that God’s wonders as of old will be multiplied in your life.
