Sunday Message: Sowing And Reaping… By Pastor Lazarus Muoka

SUNDAY COMBINED WORSHIP SERVICE 25/04/2021

THEME: FRUITFULNESS AND MULTIPLICATION.

TOPIC: SOWING AND REAPING

TEXT: GENESIS 8: 22; Galatians 6: 7; Psalm 126: 5 & 6; Ecclesiastes 11: 1-6

Brethren, in concluding this month’s teaching series on fruitfulness and multiplication, we should realise that the Lord will surely do whatsoever we ask of him because he cannot lie.

Numbers 23: 19
The point is that God is not a man and therefore whatever he says, he will bring it to pass. In view that this is the month of fruitfulness and multiplication,  the assurance I am giving to you is that everyone here must be fruitful and you must multiply.

The Lord has decreed that the way to be fruitful and be blessed is to sow, give, labour or work.
From the beginning this has been the way or the principle of God. Men have followed this principle and as a result have been sowing in order to reap and multiply. No one can reap or multiply without sowing.
At the end of this message, everybody must sow something including you. It is what you sow that you will reap. We must follow the principle. It is the law of God.
Those that have neglected  this principle of sowing have been suffering lack or shame.
As we go on to sow today, we shall reap this year. We shall reap this month and continue to reap every day of our lives.

SOME POINTS TO CONSIDER:

  1. THE REASONS FOR SUFFERING LACK.

Remember in Galatians 6:7, the scripture records that God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap.

Proverbs 20: 4
If you are amongst those that will not sow because of circumstances or the weather, you might not have anything to receive in the time of reaping.

Those that love sleep and refuse to labour, they shall gain nothing.

Proverbs 10: 4
All those that give, they shall receive. So many Believers are suffering today because they are working in isolation to the word of God. As long as you refuse to obey the word of God, you will suffer the effect

Deuteronomy 28 : 15-25
If you do not obey and practice what is being taught, the instructions of God, such a person will go into poverty. Such a person will receive curse and suffer lack.
The above scriptures highlights the curses that will follow those who do not obey the word of God. Instead of being blessed, they will be under curse.
As we hear the word of God, we all must endeavour to put them into practice so that we will not be under curse and suffer lack.
The only way to be blessed and be free from lack is to obey the word of God.  You will be a blessed person.

Deuteronomy 28: 1-13
If you will keep to all the word of God you are hearing in this place, all the blessings of God shall be yours and overtake you.
God will give a command of blessings to pursue you. God will bless you above your equals.
We should endeavour to read the word of God and listen to the Teachings.

Isaiah 34: 16 & 17
You must seek out the word of God. You should read it  You should endeavour to know what God says on every matter. God has spoken it and the Spirit of God will bring it to pass.
Do not be among those people that isolate their Bible.

1 Chronicles 28: 8
It is important that we preserve the word of God we are hearing and put the word of God into practice.
This is because it is only God that can crown our efforts and enable us to prosper.

Genesis 8: 22
A long as we are in this world, we will continue to sow and harvest. Any day you stop giving out, you will also stop receiving.
If you want to multiply and increase, you must continue to follow the principle of God, “give and it shall be given to you”. The principle of sowing and reaping.

Luke 6: 38
If you want to be fruitful and multiply, you must obey God. Itbis God that gives increase and multiplies us. In view of lack of knowledge of the word of God, several persons are suffering.
If you want to prosper, you must obey the order of God.

Many have neglected the principle of sowing, giving. God has made it clear that as long as the earth remains, seed time and harvest will never cease.

Malachi 3: 8-12
Everyone of us should obey the word of God and pay our tithes. This will make us to be free from curse.
Do you pay Tithe? It is the instruction of God. If you pay, you will receive the blessings.
We must obey God in order to be strong and prosper.

If any person refuses to sow, at seed time when.people are sowing; if any person refuses to labour when people are labouring,  that person will surely suffer lack. That person will be poor.

Ecclesiastes 11: 4-6
We must keep on sowing. Do not say, I sowed in the morning, how can I sow again in the evening? You should obey the word of God and sow at all times. As you give, God will give to you. Men will give to you. Everything will give to you.

Proverbs 14: 23
If somebody is talking and not going to work or not doing what is expected of him, it will end in penury.
My prayer is that after this message, you will  do what God says and it shall be well for you. You will never be poor.

  1. WHEN WE ARE EXPECTED TO SOW.

Genesis 1: 1
In the beginning, God started labouring and working. We should take example from the word of God on when we are expected to sow. Beginning from early in life as we have seen from the Book of Genesis, and as we get to the age of reasoning, let us continue to sow.
We are expected to sow early in life, early in the year, early in the month, early in the day. Let us start early.

In our Ministry, the Lords Chosen, let us start early in sponsoring the work. In order to be fruitful, multiply and be blessed, let us start early, so that we can reap in the future.
Let us start early in fulfilling the vision of this Ministry.

We should sow and work as a matter of sowing. Sow in labour, sow in giving.
Let us sow some material things for the progress of the work. For building our fellowship centres, let us sow in money, in material things.

Let us sow something.
Whatever you sow as a matter of sowing seed in the House of God, you will never regret it.

2 Samuel 24: 24
David, said he will not give to the Lord, that which costs him nothing.

1 Chronicles 29: 9
The people offered willingly and not by persuasion. Anything you want to offer to God, do it willingly.
You can never give above God.

We all should be partakers of these blessings in Jesus name. The principle is very sure. Give and it shall  be given back unto you.
After this message and the giving and sowing, I will hear your testimonies of financial breakthrough.

I want to let you know that nobody can give above God. In this place today, I want to give people money. I will bless you and you shall become blessed. The point is give and it shall be given to you.

Psalm 126: 5 & 6
If you will sow in tears today, you will reap in joy.
You see you, even if things are not working well for you, by giving today, the door will open again for you.

  1. THE BENEFITS OF SOWING GOOD SEED AND SOWING BOUNTIFUL

2 Corinthians 9: 6
I want to see cheerful Givers today.
Whether the devil likes it or not, honestly my God will surprise you today.
I know what God can do and this God will do you well.

Psalm 75:
You see here today, promotion will come from above.

Luke 6: 38
Whichever way you give, God is going to give you according to that measure.
In as much as those that sow in the ground reap from it, how much more when you sow it to the Lord.

Psalm 1: 3
As we draw nourishment from God, we shall prosper.

John 12: 24
That which you will sow today shall surely bring forth much fruit.
You might not know which way God will bless you, however God will give it a new body.

You can sow a seed for prosperity.
You can sow a seed to break yoke of captivity.

Never you ever think that God will forget you after sowing that seed today.
That which you will sow today, God will give it increase.

Remember before anyone can sow to the Lord beneficially, you must be in the Lord and believe the Lord Jesus Christ.
Consequently, you must first give your soul to the Lord Jesus Christ. God desires it much more than any silver or gold.
If you do not know your sins, how then can you confess them and repent of the sins?
The Bible says, all unrighteousness is sin.
1 John 5: 17a

For the sinners and Backsliders, they should repent and surrender all to Jesus Christ.
Confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ today as your Lord and personal Saviour.
Romans 3:23; 1 John 3: 8 & 9; 1 John 5: 17a; Isaiah 59: 1;

Unbelief is sin. Selfishness is sin; Covetousness is sin, Insincerity is sin; backbiting, murmuring, speaking evil of others, these are terrible sin.
Going to native doctors, going for divination and palm reading, all that is terrible wickedness. No child of God does that. If you are into stealing, any form of stealing; stealing from Government, stealing from companies and individuals, that is sin. Amend your ways.
If you are there and you are involved into armed robbery, duping people, do not bring such money to this Church.

If you are among those people that are involved in fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, abortion, that is terrible wickedness.
Fighting and quarreling, smoking and drunkenness all these are evil. Ask for the mercy of God.

Are you into fighting and quarreling? Are you disobedient to your husband or you are beating your wife, that is sin.
Are you into any kind of killing, poisoning people, hired assassin? Confess that sin and amend your ways. Promise God you will not return to that wickedness.
Are you into divorce? That is sin.
Matthew 19: 4-6.

Are you into polygamous marriage or you have sent away your wife or you moved away from your husband, that is sin. Marriage is between a man and a woman until death separates you.
Are you a woman dressing like a man or a man dressing like a woman, all that is sin. Deuteronomy 22: 5
Are you among those that take snuff, take cigarette and banned substances, that is sin. That is wickedness against your soul and against humanity.

All these people that bleach their body and turn yellow over night, that is sin.
I have not spoken this word to condemn you but to point out what is evil thereby enabling you to amend your ways.
The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Proverbs 28: 13; John 14: 6; John 1: 29; John 10: 10b; Matthew 11: 28; John 1: 12; 2 Corinthians 5: 17
As you give your life to Jesus Christ and begin to live the life of the kingdom of God,  I am assuring you, that power shall come upon you.
Romans 10: 13
