TOPIC: BREAKTHROUGH AND POSSESS

Text: 1 Chronicles 11: 16-19; Isaiah 43: 10-13, 19;
1 Corinthians 16: 9.

Many people are going through various situations in life. Sometimes they appear to have temporary relief from their afflictions only for the problem to return after a while.
In some cases, people will have breakthrough in only one aspect of their lives. That is not breakthrough.

2 Kings 5: 1
Inferring from the above scriptures, you can see the shortfall in the life of the mighty man of valour.. He is a mighty man of valour and yet a leper. You can see the “but” in his life. Consequently there is something that still remains.

For some people, whenever it appears that there is a breakthrough, opposition will arise. This is the case of so many people.

1 Corinthians 16: 9
Many enemies are there to oppose the open door God has given to you.

God has given you open doors, but their are many enemies that are fighting you so that you do not realise the glory the Lord has prepared for you.

This is the case of many people whom the Lord has brought to a place where you shall be blessed and make heaven at the end of this life. Yet you find several persons unserious. Who is the cause? It is the devil, who has not allowed you to be serious. You should know that God has a principle.

Jeremiah 29: 11-13
If you are not a serious minded individual and you want to get all that God has promised, you are wasting your time.
Are you among those coming to this Church for Ten years and you are not following with all your heart, the devil has deceived you.
Heaven is a prepared place for people who prepare for it.

Amos 4: 12
If you must make Heaven, you must prepare, you must be serious. You must serve God according to principle with all your being, with all your heart.

Brethren, if the aforementioned situation is your case, I want you to understand that as you change your mind today and be very serious and promise God to do the right thing, you will never leave here the same again.

One thing is certain, the Lord is here today and will give all such people all round breakthrough in Jesus name.

Romans 8: 31
I want to let you know if you will serve God with all your heart, having given us salvation, I want to assure you that the Lord will give us all round breakthrough.

A. THE MISCONCEPTION OF TOTAL BREAKTHROUGH

So many people do not understand what breakthrough is all about. Most people consider those persons that appear to have money as having obtained breakthrough. In view of this misconceptions, they are ready to steal and kill in order to gather money. Such people are wasting their time.
All round breakthrough is not being rich. Such persons are willing to abandon Church service,  come late, turn their hearts away from God. Such persons are willing to compromise and make jest of the Church. They make mockery of the name of God in order to be rich.

These people do not understand that money is only a small dimension of breakthrough and not all round breakthrough. They will be surprised to know that many rich people are having serious problems. They are into terrible suffering. Yet they are looking fornmomey as if money is God.
Let us see the example of someone in the Bible for us to understand that being rich is not total breakthrough.
Even though the man Zaccheus was rich and a Chief, he had to climb the sycamore tree in order to see Jesus. This implies there is a vacuum in the life of Zaccheus.

Luke 19: 1
There was something outstanding in the life of Zaccheus. A rich man, a Chief but a man of very small stature.
Consider the case of Naaman, who was an honorable man and a Captain; but he was a Leper. All these things are not total breakthrough.

James 5: 1-6
The point is that being rich in this world does not equate to total breakthrough. You are required to serve God.

Many people believe that money answereth all things. However the love of money leads to all evil.

Ecclesiastes 10: 19
This has made so many people committ all kinds of atrocities in the pursuit of money. They do so many things in order to acquire money.

1 Timothy 6: 10
Think about it, the love of money leads to all evil. If you are not careful, you will breakthrough into all evil and at the end of this life, it will be hellfire. Be conscious that without holiness, no eyes shall see the Lord.
You must serve the Lord with all your heart. 
It is a terrible thing for anyone to go to hellfire.

Mark 9: 43-48
Are you amongst those people who want to have money at the expense of your salvation?
Think about it, the fire that burns in hell fire is from eternity to eternity.
Do the right thing. Do not allow breakthrough to hellfire.
Many have abandoned their faith and lost relationship with God.

These people consider the gathering of the Believers as being for only poor people. They neither consider week day meetings or Workers Meetings.

Luke 16 : 19-31
Think about the above scriptures. This Rich man was eating very well and had the trappings of life. However he ended up in hellfire. Till today, that rich man is still in hell fire; till today that rich man has not had a drop of water to quench his thirst; till today that rich man has not had his bath. Is this how you wish to end up, in your pursuit of breakthrough?

Luke 12: 16-20
If any man is seeking to have the things of this life and isolate God, i want to let you know that the aforesaid shall be the portion of such a person.

Mark 8: 36
The entire world cannot purchase a soul. You must therefore keep from mortgaging your soul.

Matthew 19: 16-26
I want to let you know that if you must enter heaven, you must not isolate the messages you are hearing in this place.  All I want to let you know is that, Rich man can make heaven; Poor man can make heaven.
My prayer is that everyone hearing me will make heaven at last.
You must follow God till the end of this life.

Listen to me Brethren. There is a way that seemeth right unto men, but the end thereof is destruction.

1 Corinthians 15: 19
If your hope in Christ is limited to only this life, you are not talking about being with God at the end of this life, you are most miserable.
Let us think of  Heaven and run this race as those purposed to make Heaven at the end of this life.
Do something now before it is too late.

2. ALL ROUND AND TOTAL BREAKTHROUGH EXPLAINED; OUR RESPONSE AND BENEFITS

Nobody should think that he/she has total breakthrough by acquiring the things of this world.
We have seen the case of Naaman the Syrian. Bible records that by him, his people obtained victory over their enemies.He was a great man and yet his life was missing a lot.
Nicodemus was also a great man. He was a Chief,  he was rich. However there was a “but”.
What is it that you are looking for?
Remember Naaman had to go from Syria to Israel looking for God.
Nicodemus had to go to Jesus Christ at night.
Also consider Zaccheus that had to climb the Sycamore tree to see Jesus.
If you want all round breakthrough, you must look for Jesus Christ.

John 3: 1-3; Luke 19-1-3
The point is they were looking for Jesus as they sought for all round breakthrough.  Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

John 16: 24
Through Jesus you can receive all round breakthrough.

If anybody is making it and it is not though Jesus Christ, such a person is doing that at the expense of his/her soul. Do not envy Unbeliever or promote Unbeliever, this is because God Almighty considers them as thief and Robbers.
You see you today, honestly you shall have all round breakthrough.

I want us to understand therefore If you have our Lord Jesus Christ , you have God and you have his kingdom for all round breakthrough.

Matthew 11: 27 & 28
All things are given to the Lord Jesus Christ.  If you come to him, you shall find  rest from trouble and struggle.
You see you, before you leave here today, all round breakthrough shall be your portion.

Matthew 6: 33
You see you, your life can never be the same. I have assurance that every one that is here today is going into all round breakthrough.
When you come into the kingdom through Jesus Christ, the source of all round breakthrough and you begin to live the kingdom lifestyle in obedience, commitment and consecration, meekness, holiness and purity, the Father will give you all round breakthrough.
You see you, as you come to the Father through Jesus Christ today, you shall have all round breakthrough.

Luke 15: 31
Are you an obedient child of God? Arevyou a righteous child of God?
The Almighty says, “Son/Daughter thou art ever with me and all I have is thine”. What do we call that? That is TOTAL BREAKTHROUGH. Beginning today that shall be your portion.
Nobody will leave here the same.

If you are doing the will of God, the Almighty will take care of you. He will protect you; he will fight for you.

If you be a son and you are doing the will of the Father, the Lord will give you total breakthrough.

You see you, will you serve this God?
Will you fear this God?
Will you do the will of God?

What you see in this life is the gift of God. If you believe in this God,  he will give you all things.

Psalm 34: 6; 1 Corinthians 3: 21
In your poverty, if you obey God, he will hear you and save you from all your troubles.
All things belong to you. You do not need to struggle. All you need to do is to collect those things in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 6: 10; Psalm 115 : 15; 1 Corinthians 15: 10
May I remind you, God has given the earth for you and for me to exploit.
As long as we be children of God, we have all things 
By the grace of God, God has made you a great person. Having all wisdom and riches and honour and greatness and power.

What we are going to do in this ministration today, we shall look unto the hills from where comest our help; our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth.

Philipians 4: 13; Mark 10: 28 -30
There are people that have all things here and do not have eternal life. When you have all things 100% here and the world to come eternal life, that is all round breakthrough.

You see you today,  God will hear your cry and you will go home today completely free.

Psalm 23: 1
You see you today, you are going with the presence of God.
Unbelievers will never mock you, you shall possess your possessions in Jesus name.

Finally brethren, to have all round breakthrough,  we must follow the directives of our Lord Jesus Christ by giving our lives to him and accepting him as our Lord and personal Saviour.

According John 8: 36, what you need to do is to rush and surrender your life to Jesus Christ.
For the sinners and Backsliders, they should repent and surrender all to Jesus Christ.
Confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ today as your Lord and personal Saviour.
Romans 3:23; 1 John 3: 8 & 9; 1 John 5: 17a; Isaiah 59: 1;

Unbelief is sin. Selfishness is sin; Covetousness is sin, Insincerity is sin; backbiting, murmuring, speaking evil of others, these are terrible sin.
Going to native doctors, going for divination and palm reading, all that is terrible wickedness. No child of God does that. If you are into stealing, any form of stealing; stealing from Government, stealing from companies and individuals, that is sin. Amend your ways.
If you are there and you are involved into armed robbery, duping people, do not bring such money to this Church.

If you are among those people that are involved in fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, abortion, that is terrible wickedness.
Fighting and quarreling, smoking and drunkenness all these are evil. Ask for the mercy of God.

Are you into fighting and quarreling? Are you disobedient to your husband or you are beating your wife, that is sin.
Are you into any kind of killing, poisoning people, hired assassin? Confess that sin and amend your ways. Promise God you will not return to that wickedness.
Are you into divorce? That is sin.
Matthew 19: 4-6.

Are you into polygamous marriage or you have sent away your wife or you moved away from your husband, that is sin. Marriage is between a man and a woman until death separates you.
Are you a woman dressing like a man or a man dressing like a woman, all that is sin. Deuteronomy 22: 5
Are you among those that take snuff, take cigarette and banned substances, that is sin. That is wickedness against your soul and against humanity.

All these people that bleach their body and turn yellow over night, that is sin.
I have not spoken this word to condemn you but to point out what is evil thereby enabling you to amend your ways.
The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Proverbs 28: 13; John 14: 6; John 1: 29; John 10: 10b; Matthew 11: 28; John 1: 12; 2 Corinthians 5: 17
As you give your life to Jesus Christ and begin to live the life of the kingdom of God,  I am assuring you, that power shall come upon you.
