TOPIC: DEMONSTRATION OF THE POWER AS OF OLD
Text: Psalm 62: 11; Luke 10: 19; Luke 9: 1, 2 & 6.
Our Father in heaven is the source of power. Infact our God is power. We are dwelling in power and he created us in power.
Jeremiah 32: 17
God created everything by His power.
Exodus 25: 21
God has made you and me to seat on the mercy seat and to seat on the seat of power. As out Father in Heaven who is power personified, there shall be demonstration of power.
John 15: 4
We abide in God and he is the Lord. He is our messiah. He is God and the everlasting Father. As long as we abide in him, we have no limitations
Philipians 4: 13
Jesus Christ is our Power. As long as you are in him, you seating on the seat of power.
As many of us in him, we are seating on the seat of power.
Everyone of us that is Born-again, we are transformed by power.
John.1: 12
We are transformed by power and dwell in power.
As you operate from the seat of power and demonstrate power, your situation must change.
We as Powerhouse must demonstrate and transmit power wherever we are.
You see you today, you will go home with power.
Listen to me, if you say you are a Child of God, you must demonstrate the power
Acts 5: 15 & 16
The Sick were healed by Apostle Peter. In this place today, as long as you fix your eyes on me, you shall be healed.
In view that we are in the last days, many people do not understand the ways of God.
John 14: 12; Luke 9: 1, 2 & 6
All I want to let you know is that God has commanded us to go and demonstrate this power of God.
SOME POINTS TO CONSIDER:
- THE REASONS AND EXAMPLES.
Knowing fully well that our Father in Hevaen is the owner of Power, we must also demonstrate the power of God because God is our Father.
All who were before us operated in power. God who created us, created us in power.
Many like Moses, Elijah, Samuel, all demonstrated the power of God.
Moses brought the Chidren of Israel out of Egypt by power.
Exodus 12: 29-33
Moses demonstrated the power of God. Moses delivered his people from the land of Egypt.
Joshua 10: 12-14
Joshua demonstrated the power to show the presence of God.
1 king 17: 1
Elijah had to stop the rain for Three and half years to demonstrate the power of God .
Today, in your case as i speak concerning you, it must surely come to pass..
There is nothing I have told that has not come to pass and today whether you believe it or not, God will demonstrate his power in your life.
2 kings 7: 1
That was the word of a Prophet declaring the word of God over a Nation and it came to pass.
We see the young David demonstrating the power of God and slaying a giant in the person of Goliath.
Wherever we are, we must prove that power.
I have told you here by the power of God, that as long as you are a member of Chosen, anywhere there is danger, it is not for you.
These men of Old demonstrated the power and have gone; we are here to demonstrate the power of God in this time.
You see you, that power which you saw being demonstrated here at the beginning, will follow you home.
Today, you will taste the power, there is no need for too much talk.
In the New Testament, our Lord Jesus Christ proved and demonstrated the power of God during his earthly ministry.
Matthew 4: 23-24; Matthew 8: 14; Matthew 9: Matthew 11, 12, 14 : 14; 15: 30
All these persons were all healed to prove the demonstration of God’s power as of Old.
Jesus Christ demonstrated this power wherever he went.
In the days of the Apostles, they also demonstrated this power.
Acts 3: 1- 8; Acts 5: 14-16
The above was demonstration of the power if God.
When will you demonstrate power?
Acts 8: 4
Philip also demonstrated the power of God. We can see how the Apostles of Christ demonstrated the power of God.
We have sufficient examples and we must follow after them.
Where is that good work?
Where is that light? That men will see and follow you come to Jesus Christ.
Every Chosen must possess the power of God and demonstrate it everywhere.
- INJUNCTION OF THE LORD AND OUR APPLICATION & BENEFITS
Luke 10: 19; Luke 9: 1
The power has been given to the Church, to the Believers. We are seating on the seat of power and whatsoever we decree and bind, shall be bound in Heaven.
God created us in power and we are dwelling in power.
As Jesus Christ demonstrated power, we too must demonstrate power .
Acts 10: 38
Jesus Christ was going about doing good and healing all that were oppressed by the devil.
Jesus Christ made it clear that we shall do greater works than he did.
There are lots of challenges in the whole world today for you and me to demonstrate the power of God.
Jesus Christ has given us the power.
Chosen People, you have power and must therefore demonstrate it.
Psalm 78: 9
The children of Ephraim were in great pain before God as they could not manifest the power of God when it was required.
If I pray for you by that power today, you shall be liberated.
We must perform. Let us go and demonstrate the power.
Today, as I stretch my hands towards you and speak the word of God concerning your situation, what happened in times past, shall happen in this place today.
May I remind you that i told you that this pandemic will be cured using anything. We have seen the result around the world.
I want to announce to you, that the problem you brought here will never survive this place today.
Isaiah 61: 1
The Spirit of God, the Power house, the power that created powers is inside me, therefore as i proclaim freedom, as i look at you and speak, that thing will submit to the Word of God that i speak.
The power as of Old will bring healing and deliverance into your life. That poverty and affliction will never follow you home.
I do not know where you have been stopped, I do not know where you have been bound, today the power of God will set you free. Every plant which my heavenly father did not plant, must be uprooted from your life.
Freedom indeed shall be your portion.
I do not know the trouble you are into, I am assuring you, God will bring you out of that problem.
Matthew 7: 7
Today you must receive. As we are going to pray at the end of this message, make sure you ask for something.
You need to be a Child of God to demonstrate power. If you are not Born-again, how can the Lord release his power to you.
Confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ today as your Lord and personal Saviour.
Romans 3:23; 1 John 3: 8 & 9; 1 John 5: 17a; Isaiah 59: 1.
Unbelief is sin. Selfishness is sin; Covetousness is sin, Insincerity is sin; backbiting, murmuring, speaking evil of others, these are terrible sin.
Going to native doctors, going for divination and palm reading, all that is terrible wickedness. No child of God does that. If you are into stealing, any form of stealing; stealing from Government, stealing from companies and individuals, that is sin.
Amend your ways.
If you are there and you are involved into armed robbery, duping people, do not bring such money to this Church.
If you are among those people that are involved in fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, abortion, that is terrible wickedness.
Fighting and quarreling, smoking and drunkenness all these are evil. Ask for the mercy of God.
Are you into fighting and quarreling? Are you disobedient to your husband or you are beating your wife, that is sin.
Are you into any kind of killing, poisoning people, hired assassin? Confess that sin and amend your ways. Promise God you will not return to that wickedness.
Are you into divorce? That is sin.
Matthew 19: 4-6.
Are you into polygamous marriage or you have sent away your wife or you moved away from your husband, that is sin. Marriage is between a man and a woman until death separates you.
Are you a woman dressing like a man or a man dressing like a woman, all that is sin. Deuteronomy 22: 5.
Are you among those that take snuff, take cigarette and banned substances, that is sin. That is wickedness against your soul and against humanity.
All these people that bleach their body and turn yellow over night, that is sin.
I have not spoken this word to condemn you but to point out what is evil thereby enabling you to amend your ways.
The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Proverbs 28: 13; John 14: 6; John 1: 29; John 10: 10b; Matthew 11: 28; John 1: 12; 2 Corinthians 5: 17
As you give your life to Jesus Christ and begin to live the life of the kingdom of God, I am assuring you, that power shall come upon you.
