37 YEARS YOKE OF BARRENESS BROKEN

Of all the glut of testimonies received over the weekend, the testimony of Mrs Esther Abu who worships with The Lord’s Chosen ,Kano state ,seem to be the cream of the crop.

If it is traumatic for any married woman not to be able to give her husband a child for five or six years, then imagine what Mrs Esther Abu who hails from Udanebiomi, Dekina local Government Area of Kogi State has gone through for the past thirty seven years of barrenness. Scientifically, it is proven that some women enter menopause at their late thirties, forties, fifties and even sixties. During this period, the mestrual circle of a woman comes to an end and the function of the ovaries ceases; which makes a woman unable to give birth to a child. But it is written, that “with God, nothing shall be impossible.”

When Mrs Esther got married in 1983, she never knew there lies banana-skins ahead that will bring her so much unrest and even cause her depression. She went from church to church, but still, the problem tarried; until she decided to join chosen in year 2011.

She kept attending chosen crusades hoping and believing God for her own miracle.

During Enemies Submitted 2015, she was selling the Chosen Magazines after their choir ministration when she overheard the testimony of a woman who sowed a seed of a hundred thousand and God gave her a testimony; then she then decided to sow a similar seed.

She increased her acts of service in the church by joining the adult choir, but yet the problem remained. Sometimes, when the man of God is prophetically distributing babies by the amount of years of barrenness, she felt even more sad because the man of God doesn’t count up to thirty seven years, which was her own case ; but still, she’ll join and key in with other women who signified, by faith.

In the year 2019, God decided to change her lot as He did in the case of Hannah. She conceived in the month of September and during the pregnancy it was diagnosed that the baby was formed outside the uterus (womb) ,and this will result to an abnormal movement of the foetus moving from the waist to the lap and back to the waist. Fear gripped her as expected, but when she remembered the testimony of the woman who conceived and bore children without a womb in this ministry , her faith grew even taller. She believed, if God can do it for that woman, then there’s hope for a poor woman like her who has soaked her pillows with tears these many years.

In June 22, 2020, precisely, baby Favour was miraculously birthed ,to the amazement of so many naysayers.

Tears rolled down in the eyes of many and lots of celebration was made in the church as our sister reported at the testimony stand presenting her wonderful testimony.
