THEME: YOU MUST ABIDE IN THE SHIP

MEMORISE: And as the shipmen were about to flee out of the ship, when they had let down the boat into the sea, under colour as though they would have cast anchors out of the foreship, 31 Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved. (Acts 27:30-31)

MESSAGE: 

Every believer must have it at the back of their minds that if they are to reach their destinies, he/she must remain in the source of their grace. They must never contemplate taking any step in isolation from the program of God. The soldiers and the centurion were fortunate to have Apostle Paul in the ship. Otherwise, they would have perished. But thank God, they heeded to his counsel and remained in the ship and that way, were preserved. There is no one who does not want to be blessed and saved.

Many people have lost so many things in life including their own lives because they took decisions outside the program of God for them. 

That is what would have happened to over 250 persons travelling with Apostle Paul in that ship. What about you? Our G. O by the word of God is urging every Chosen to abide here in these days of the dearth of sound gospel. Only those that abide in the Lord shall bear much fruits for without Him we can do nothing. 

There are many visions and prophecies out there without sound doctrine. So, if you are to make heaven at last, you must abide. You might be facing one challenge or the other. Do not be moved. No matter the storm, God is still in charge and will deliver you. Do not jump out. His plan no doubt is to deliver you.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. Any power assigned to pull me out of The Lord’s Chosen just to derail my salvation; be crushed, in Jesus’ name.

2. Any evil voice ministering distraction into my heart and preventing me from heeding to the voice of God; I command you to be silent in darkness, in Jesus’ name.

3. Any power working to influence our G. O negatively so that he will make the mistakes others have made; be disbanded by fire, in Jesus’
name.
